Do you practice Fat Thinking, or do you practice Trim-Slim Thinking? When compared to people who have weight problems, people who find it easy to stay trim and slim seem to have a different way of thinking about food and weight management. By becoming aware of those differences, you may decide to adapt some new thinking patterns. Most people think of all the food they need to eliminate from their lives. I suggest you think of all the foods you need to add to your diet to help you find your goal weight. By thinking of the things you need to add allows your mind to focus on positive then negative ideas.

I have a basic 3 session program that I offer. Depending on your weight reduction plan, additional sessions may be necessary as to allow you the motivation to reach your goals. The 3 session (Additional Sessions if Necessary) that I have developed utilizes the 5-Path® System and Emotional Replacement Therapy (E.R.T.) to help you change your outlook on food and your health. I will help you to achieve a better quality of life through hypnosis.
So, for healthy, successful weight reduction, you need to be able to combine good eating habits, motivation for change and an exercise plan. Part of your agreement to participate in the program is that you select a nutrition plan approved or recommended by a physician, nurse, or nutritionist. While you are participating in the Program, be sure to stick with your nutrition plan diligently, weigh yourself regularly to keep track of your progress, get plenty of rest, and choose and exercise plan to implement after we get started.
Hypnosis is Over 30 Times More Effective for Weight Reduction, I CAN HELP.
Investigated the effects of hypnosis in weight reduction for 60 females, at least 20% overweight. Treatment included group hypnosis with metaphors for ego-strengthening, decision making and motivation, ideomotor exploration in individual hypnosis, and group hypnosis with maintenance suggestions. Hypnosis was more effective than a control group: an average of 17 lbs lost by the hypnosis group vs. an average of 0.5 lbs lost by the control group, on follow-up. Cochrane, Gordon; Friesen, J. (1986). Hypnotherapy in weight loss treatment. Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 54, 489 109 people completed a behavioral treatment for weight management either with or without the addition of hypnosis. At the end of the 9-week program, both interventions resulted in significant weight reduction. At 8-month and 2-year follow-ups, the hypnosis subjects were found to have continued to reduce significant weight, while those in the behavioral-treatment-only group showed little further change.
